Daily Nutrition Reports
While the summary reports are great at giving you an overview of your day, the nutrition reports help you spot individual foods that are keeping you from reaching your goals. These reports are color-coded so that you can quickly spot the good, the bad, and the ugly. You can also view additional tips by placing your mouse over each nutrient.
You can build graphs by simply selecting the nutrient of interest, choosing a date range, grouping by day/week/month/year, and clicking the "build chart" button. This is a great way to view your progress over time as you improve your diet.
