Since most exercise equipment and heart rate monitors display the number of calories burned, our exercise log allows you to enter this information directly into our system without requiring you to select an item from the activity list. Simply enter the calories, minutes, and a short description.
Motivational Charts
Our exercise log features a simple chart that shows the number of days of exercise for the past 7 days and the past 30 days. Your goal is to fill up the chart. We have had several members tell us that this simple graph motivated them to exercise every day for 30 straight days.
In our Weight Loss Reports, you will also be able to chart your calories and minutes of exercise over time.
