The Fridge

Since most people eat the same foods day after day, we created a tool to make entering your data as easy as possible.  For example, if your breakfast frequently consists of a buttered cinnamon & raisin bagel, a banana, and coffee with cream, you could add these items to your fridge (see above).  Now each morning, you can simply go to your fridge, edit the quantities, and select "breakfast" for each item.  Once you click "Add to Entry," these items will be added to your food diary.  Without the fridge, you would have to search for each item individually.
