Exercise Log
The exercise log enables our members to enter their daily exercise activities. We have included two methods of entering this data.
Option 1: Select Activity and Enter Duration
Simply select from a list of over 600 activities and enter the amount of time you performed the activity. Since everyone burns calories at different rates, our system estimates the calories you burned during this activity.
Option 2: Enter Calories Burned & Minutes
This option is designed for members who use sophisticated exercise equipment that estimates the calories burned. Simply enter the calories burned and enter the amount of time you performed the activity.
Motivating Charts
Exercise is a key element to any balanced health or weight loss program. Unfortunately, too many people think effective exercise must be exhausting. While there are many benefits to strenuous workouts, it is far more important that you exercise on a regular basis. In other words, duration and frequency are more important than intensity. With this in mind, we have included two motivating charts that help our members focus more on the frequency of their exercise.
